From project management basics to communication, and meeting leadership, you'll learn how to keep project tasks and teams on track in the most efficient ways.
Our training covers the essential principles of project management, developing fundamental communication and teamwork skills, manipulating tools, and solving common project management problems.
Schedule:
Our live Webex Classes run for 3 weeks, Mondays to Thursdays, from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm EST.
